New Lisbon Airport Briefing

30/11/2009 to 30/11/2009

Date: 30 November 2009

Venue: City Inn Hotel, London

Since May 2008, when the Portuguese Government made a final decision on the location of the New Lisbon Airport - Alcochete, the relevant masterplan has been completed in March 2009 and different studies for the characterisation of the site have been carried out. The environmental impact assessment based on the masterplan is currently being undertaken. An international public call for tender shall be published in a process that will include the privatisation of ANA - the Portuguese Airports Authority, the management of all airport infrastructures currently under the responsibility of ANA, and the construction and funding of the New Lisbon Airport.

On Monday 30th of November a Portuguese delegation will give short presentations on their involvement in the airport sector as well as opportunities and areas where UK companies may be able to get involved.

For full details on these companies or to book your free place please see the attached flyer.
