Within the space sector the SBAC aims to:

• Establish a policy-led, clear UK industry position and become the authoritative voice of the industry (in global fora) on key space issues.

• Assess and communicate the overall business impact of the national space programme and provide leadership on priorities for national strategy.

• Be well-represented and vocal in Europe and the USA, through various strategic alliances, and derive direct benefit for UK firms at all scales of business.

• Be able to comment on the impact of regulatory and policy changes for the industry.
