is defined as the person who is authorised to commit the organisation to the SC21 principles, and with provide strategic leadership to the programme
key customer (KC) representative
is defined as the SC21 point of contact that attends the key customers working group (KCWG)
SC21 Champion
is defined as lead for SC21 implementation for that key customer. Often this is the same person as the KC representative
regional partner
is defined as the regional orientated organisation usually aligned to the geographical location of the supplier that can support the supplier and help assess resources for SC21 implementation
SBAC project office
is defined as the SBAC programme management team responsible for facilitating industry to deliver the SC21 programme
SC21 work stream leader
is defined as the person responsible for coordinating the team of work stream practitioners who are tasked with delivering and executing the relevant work stream plan
SC21 work stream practitioner
is defined as the person responsible for delivering and executing the relevant work stream (e.g. accreditation, development & performance and relationships) element of the organisation's SC21 implementations plan
