SBAC Sponsorship Opportunities at FI08

Corporate sponsorship is the ideal way in which to position your company as an industry leader and to raise your company's profile by reaching existing and potential customers.

We are therefore delighted to offer the following two excellent opportunities:

UK Partnership Pavilion (formerly SBAC President's Enclosure)

SBAC coordinates the UK Partnership Pavilion at the Farnborough International Airshow which will take place from 14 - 20 July. This is the joint hospitality facility of SBAC, FIL, UK Trade & Investment and the UKTI Defence Security Organisation, formerly DESO. The chalet complex comprises 6 chalet units and hosts approximately 220 guests for lunch each day including official military delegations, Government Ministers and officials, as well as key senior aerospace industry executives from around the world.

SBAC is seeking individual sponsors for this facility for each of the trade days (Monday 14 - Friday 18 July) and the benefits that the sponsoring company will receive include:

Sponsor's logo shall be used in conjunction with the SBAC, Farnborough International Ltd and daily sponsors on the fascia of the UK Partnership Pavilion throughout the exhibition (Monday 14 - Sunday 20 July)
Sponsor's literature shall be available in main reception, bar and lounge area throughout the exhibition (Monday 14 - Sunday 20 July)
Sponsor's logo shall be used displayed in bar area of the UK Partnership Pavilion throughout exhibition period (Monday 14 - Sunday 20 July)
Sponsor's logo shall be used in conjunction with the SBAC logo on invitations to VIP lunches in the UK Partnership Pavilion during Farnborough Airshow 2008 on the day of your choice (Monday 14 July - Friday 18 July)
Sponsor's logo shall be displayed in prominent positions within the dining area on the chosen day
Sponsor's logo shall be used in conjunction with the SBAC logo on menu cards on the chosen day
Sponsor shall receive one table (of 10 places) for luncheon for its corporate hospitality on the chosen day
Sponsor shall receive 10 trade day entry tickets and VIP car park labels for guests on the chosen day
Sponsor may pre-book use of the small meeting room located in the SBAC member chalet, subject to availability.
Sponsor shall receive exposure on the SBAC website including a hotlink maintained by the SBAC to the Sponsor's corporate website.

Package cost: £12,000 plus VAT

SBAC member stand (Hall 4, stand E17)

The SBAC stand comprises 200 sq ft and is in its usual excellent location within Hall 4. There will be 22 companies exhibiting on the stand and will be a focus area during the exhibition as it will be the venue for several networking receptions throughout the week.

Benefits to the sponsoring company include:

Sponsor's logos in sizes and locations to be agreed on walls by entrances to communal lounge area (artwork and graphic panels to be provided by sponsoring company)
Sponsor's graphics on outer and inner meeting room walls (artwork and graphic panels to be provided by sponsoring company)
Use of table within meeting area for client meetings (non exclusive)
10 Trade Day Tickets
Display of company literature in SBAC Reception area throughout the exhibition period
Inclusion of sponsoring company in the FI08 UK Pavilion brochure
