continuous sustainable improvement plan (CSIP)
To eliminate duplication SC21 companies have agreed to deliver improvement, so that each company in the supply chain has a single improvement programme that is relevant to all customers. Joint plans will have a clear linkage to performance metrics such as quality and delivery. The improvement journey must be driven by senior management to ensure the improvement plan is regularly reviewed and that all necessary resources are available to undertake the defined tasks.
